Polina is a Grammy-winning, platinum-selling, Los Angeles-based artist whose writing credits and guest vocals include Eminem’s track Legacy from his Grammy Award-winning album MMLP2, alongside Rihanna and Kendrick Lamar.
Formerly signed to Sony ATV/Ultra Music Publishing, her career highlights include the global hit Book of Love with Felix Jaehn, a gold-certified No. 1 single with over 200 million streams and continued international airplay; her collaborations with Steve Aoki, Tiesto, Kaskade, and others.
Polina’s impressive track record includes her work on the 2023 Apple TV film Tetris (starring Taron Egerton), for which she contributed three soundtracks; her Russian-language No. 1 duet Drunk Love with Eurovision winner Dima Bilan; her self-penned single FAENA (Warner Records) about the famed Miami Beach Hotel, which was followed by a Spanish version of the song – featuring latin sensation Llane; and her cinematic side project CONTESSA, praised for its unique sound and visual artistry.
Polina frequently headlines major festivals including Ultra, Tomorrowland, and Electric Zoo, and has appeared as a special guest artist on tours with Felix Jaehn (“Bonfire” tour, 2016) and Steve Aoki (“Wonderland” tour). Her creative collaborations span LA, NY, London, Berlin and Dubai.
In Spring 2025 Polina completed a live music residency at Faena Miami Beach. For an exclusive first time ever Polina reimagined her performance, weaving together an intimate selection of jazz, EDM, and timeless favorites, alongside her own international hits. Backed by a full live band, burlesque dancers and Buzz Luhrmann’s theatrical venue design backdrop.

Born in Moscow into an artistic family – her mother is Russian ’90s pop singer ANKA, and her father, abstract painter Ruslan Gudiev – Polina studied music from an early age, moving to the US at sixteen on scholarship to Berklee College of Music after submitting self-produced demos.
Beginning her career in New York writing songs for other artists and film, Polina co-penned Sean Kingston’s UK No. 1 hit Party All Night (Sleep All Day) with production team Stargate, featured in the UK hit comedy film The Inbetweeners.
In 2015 Polina’s solo single Fade To Love soared across European Dance airplay charts, earning Gold certification in Italy, while its music video topped MTV.
She followed that up with her release Little Babylon on Ultra Records, with it’s a cinematic, autobiographical music video filmed in California’s desert, followed by Echo with Pep & Rash, surpassing 3 million views within the first month.
Her collaboration track 5th New Century with techno DJ Philipp Gorbachev was selected as the soundtrack for CHANEL’s Spring/Summer runway show in Paris.
Polina’s side project CONTESSA debuted with the single Running, highlighted by UK’s NME magazine and compared to Kate Bush, Florence & The Machine, and Annie Lennox. CONTESSA’s alternative-pop sound has been widely synced in TV, films, games, and ad campaigns, including BOSE’s national ad campaigns (2021–2023), the CW’s Nancy Drew, and Arknights Games.
Polina performed at the Golden Unicorn Awards in London — featured by British GQ — and appeared at Glamour Magazine’s Woman Of The Year Awards.
In late 2017, Polina released a duet Alright with German singer Anna Naklab on Warner Music, followed by Say A Little Prayer with DJ Moguai on Spinnin’ Records.
Polina served as judge and special musical guest on Russia’s Star Factory (Novaya Fabrika Zvyozd).
Polina was also featured on a special album celebrating t.A.T.u.’s 25th anniversary, contributing a reimagined cover of their iconic hit All The Things She Said.
Her self-written duet Drunk Love with Eurovision winner Dima Bilan soared to #1 on YouTube’s viral chart the day it dropped, dominating the charts in 2019 and 2020.

Polina’s recent work includes her contribution to the 2023 soundtrack of Apple TV’s cinematic release Tetris, starring Taron Egerton, which premiered at SXSW. Polina re-worked and performed three 80’s classics for the film and soundtrack album.
Her 2023 Warner Records single FAENA has achieved over 5 million streams across digital platforms. The epic music video, co-directed by Polina, was filmed at the renowned FAENA Hotel in South Beach, becoming part of the hotel’s unique in-room experience. Following the success of FAENA, Polina collaborated with Latin sensation Llane on a Spanish version of the song. Additionally, she headlined FAENA’s prestigious New Year’s Eve party in 2021.
Polina has collaborated with global brands such as Volkswagen, CHANEL, KENZO, Swarovski. As an ambassador, she has represented JAPONICA skincare (2018-2020), European cosmetics brand PEASE (2019-2022), Swarovski’s bridal campaign in Eastern EU (2021), FELINGER cosmetics (2024-2025). As an influencer Polina partnered with the luxurious Nihi Resort in Indonesia as well as supporting the resort’s charitable Sumba Foundation in 2023; and most recently with #dreampillow by CELLIANT in 2025 in the US.
